Our kitchen brigade, lead by Executive Head Chef Adrian Buttigieg, have transformed the traditional Mediterranean restaurant menu into an immersive concoction of flavours, textures and colours from all over the culinary world, and is continually researching and discovering new ways to wow their patrons on a daily basis.

On the 19th of September, Taro will be hosting Malta’s first Omakase-style event: Food Science.
Our award-winning chefs are designing a degustation menu composed of an unusual shopping list of ingredients. They will be working hand-in-hand with our bartending team, who will be providing equally bespoke beverages to enhance the experience of every dish served.

We will then respectfully ask you to leave the rest in their talented hands.
We simply guarantee a culinary event not to be forgotten.
