Our kitchen brigade, lead by Executive Head Chef Adrian Buttigieg, have transformed the traditional Mediterranean restaurant menu into an immersive concoction of flavours, textures and colours from all over the culinary world, and is continually researching and discovering new ways to wow their patrons on a daily basis.
